It’s almost as if Amanda and Tiffany were meant to be friends and business partners.  After all, when they met, they discovered they had a virtually identical wardrobe, as well as an identical outlook on just about everything design-related.  Creative yet immensely organized, these 30-somethings love what they do and leave no stone unturned, no ‘t’ uncrossed when it comes to planning or designing any event.

Tiffany Halkitis

Tiffany specializes in marketing and branding, and planned big-budget corporate events and large-scale charity events for nearly a decade. She can remember crafting as a small child under her oldest sister’s direction and eventually grew into throwing themed parties before age 10. Before going into the business world, she began in the fashion world at the young age of 13, when she was signed to her first modeling agency. She later worked in retail as early as 15 years old. Fashion is still a big part of Tiffany’s life, and affects the way she sees event design in terms of colors, style, fabrics, and patterns. In 2005 she earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from St Louis University’s John Cook School of Business and began working immediately for BMW in marketing and events. Now Tiffany lives in downtown St Louis with her husband Trae and their furbaby Santino.

Amanda Doerr

Amanda’s sense of style and keen eye for detail make her a great event coordinator and design specialist. Design innovation is her strength. he finds inspiration for ideas in the least likely places and often finds herself dreaming of new and fresh ideas while sleeping! Creating beautiful events is second nature to her and but also thrives on being able to tell the story of the couple through design. Her love for fashion and color always translates into her the styling of her events. As a child, Amanda complained that her 64-count box of crayons did not have the color that she wanted. Her colorful world is one that exists in the million shades of nature that inspire her color combinations. Amanda lives in Wentzville MO with her husband Gene, and children Gabriella, Dylan, and Genevieve.

3 things about me:

  1. I love breakfast food but can’t actually eat it for breakfast.
  2. I’m a big bargain shopper!  I will search high and low to find what I want for the least amount of money.
  3. I can tell you every structural component of a  house or building.  Yes, I am a girl who knows construction, has her own tool belt, and knows how things are built!
